Job Title: JD HR ASSISTANT SEMOSA
- To update monthly medical expenses for all staff to ensure not over use.
- To calculate the staff claims and summary for every middle of month.
- To prepare documentation for renewal company licensing.
- Check monthly attendance and absenteeism of staff.
- Prepare/register thumbprint for new employees.
- Prepare all documentation related to all staff including foreign workers.
- Register new employees to their EPF, SOCSO to all staff including foreign workers.
- Ensure foreign workers passport and permitted still valid and renew before expired.
- Prepare monthly record of livestock from each form.
- Preparing label for all files.
- Other tasks ad hoc by superior
- Minimum in Administration/Human resources or equivalent.
- Experience in accounting and related field.
- Can work independently and computer literate.
